1. By the Client: You may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

2. By M5 TECH: We reserve the right to terminate services if these Terms are violated or if the client fails to fulfill their obligations.

3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to incomplete deliverables may be restricted.
